  • Vendor Coordination: Confirming vendor arrangements and schedules.
  • Emergency Kit: Basic emergency kit for any last-minute issues.

Classic Coordination Package

 Includes everything in the Basic Package, plus:

  • Additional Hours: Up to 12 hours of on-site coordination.
  • Rehearsal Coordination: Assistance with the rehearsal (if applicable).
  • Detailed Timeline: More comprehensive timeline creation and distribution.
  • Vendor Liaison: More in-depth communication with vendors before and during the event.
  • Setup Assistance: Help with setting up décor and personal items.

Elite Coordination Package

  Includes everything in the Standard Package, plus:

  • Extended Hours: Up to 15 hours of on-site coordination.
  • Assistant Coordinator: An additional coordinator to help manage the event.
  • Full Setup and Breakdown: Assistance with both setup and cleanup.
  • Unlimited Communication: Unlimited email and phone communication leading up to the event.
  • Personalized Services: Custom services based on the client’s specific needs, such as guest management or special requests.

Custom Coordination Package

  • Price Range: Varies based on services selected
  • Tailored Services: Create a package based   on the client’s unique requirements and budget. This could include any combination of the services listed above or additional services like transportation coordination, detailed décor setup, or post-event follow-up.

  • Rehearsal Coordination: Assistance with the rehearsal (if applicable).
  • Setup Assistance: Help with setting up décor and personal items.

Elite Planning Package

Includes everything in the Classic Planning Package, plus:

  • Extended Consultations: Unlimited planning meetings.

  • Unlimited Communication: Unlimited email and phone communication leading up to the event.

  • Price Range: Varies based on services selected
  • Tailored Services: Create a package based on the client’s unique requirements and budget. This could include any combination of the services listed above or additional services like transportation coordination, detailed décor setup, or post-event follow-up.

• Deposits: Require to secure your services. • Overtime Charges : Our overtime rate is $100 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments. This policy helps us maintain the quality of our coordination services and ensures that all aspects of your event are managed smoothly.
